Are You Paying Too Much For Your Energy Bills?

I want to share this amazing program with all of you, in hopes to help you reduce your electric bills! It is completely FREE and there is no sales pitch trying to generate any sales for future services. I know this for sure because I personally had it done to check it out myself and make sure it was legit before I passed it on to all of you! I was extremely pleased with the outcome and found true benefit with the results. They basically come in and “AUDIT” your home to check it’s energy efficiency! What they came up with in my home was the following:
Piping under kitchen sink was not sealed properly causing draft of A/C straight up to the attic. (Just what I need, to cool of the attic right?!) - THEY SEALED IT!
My Front and Back doors did not have the proper weather stripping, causing leakage of A/C to the outside - THEY INSTALLED NEW WEATHER STRIPPING TO BOTH!
My windows were all checked for seepage and all passed without any leaks - NO PROBLEMS THERE.
In the attic - I have two A/C units and neither was sealed properly. One had a leak, the other had condensation where it shouldn’t so thye said I needed to have it checked out in case there was a leak there too. Two of the ducts needed re-sealing and one of the ducts wasn’t fully open causing the a/c to work harder and only allowing a low flow of air. - THEY SEALED, RESEALED and FIXED EVERYTHING!
It truly was amazing and I tell ya, it didn’t cost me one penny. My a/c does have a problem and they potentially saved me from a much worse situation down the road. They were kind, cordial and explained everything to me as they went along. They pointed out the issues, showed me how they fixed them and offered some energy saving tips. My home feels “cooler” at the same temperature I always keep it at, so I’m excited to see what my next energy bill will look like…will it be less? I’ll definately check back and let you know!
This is a program funded by the government, offered only to consumers who currently own a home. It only took about 2 hours and you can schedule it Monday through Saturday. This program should run until the end of 2007 unless the funds run out, so make sure to call for an appointment right away just in case!
You can make an appointment by e-mailing Jannie or by calling her. She will need to make sure you qualify as not all consumers will, it depends on what energy company you currently use. Be prepared when you call her with your last electric bill in hand, the square footage of your home and how many bedrooms you have…Its that simple! ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM
“FREE ENERGY AUDIT”
Goal of this program: To reduce consumption and lower energy bills for residential customers………
We will complete the following inspections free of charge:
•· Attic insulation (Type and R-value)
•· A/C and Duct System (Type, Seer rating and inefficiencies)
•· Air Infiltration (Blower door test to evaluate infiltration, duct and ventilation systems)
•· Carbon Monoxide Test (Performed on all combustible equipment)
After evaluations are made, there will also be NO charge to you for:
•· Replacing needed weather stripping on doors and windows
•· Insulating all switches and outlets
•· Repairing inefficiencies around a/c, air ducts and vents
Any recommendations regarding more major improvements will be brought to your attention. We can often help with these repairs if you prefer, but you are not obligated in any way to utilize our services.
You must be in the coverage area to be eligible for this service. This is determined by the universal identification number listed on your electric bill…ESI # 10 44372 000 (followed by your personal number).
